Tried and obtained jury verdict of $5,200,000 in Jessen Electric & Service Co.. v. G.T.E. Directories (1994).
After a four week jury trial, in Sure-Safe Industries v. C & R Pier. Inc. (1993,) involving the defense of a trademark action and an antitrust counterclaim, plaintiff settled, paying client $750,000.
In Bard. Inc. v. Advanced Cardiovascular Systems (1990), as co-counsel, obtained a jury verdict successfully invalidating Plaintiffs patent.
Tried and obtained jury verdict in Randomex v. Scopus (1990)as co-defendant.
